Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice, linking breath and movement in creative sequences which vary each week. Learn the fundamentals of this practice in our 4 week course created specifically for students new to yoga. 

What will I learn?
  • You will learn the fundamentals of a Vinyasa practice
  • A little bit about the history and philosophy of yoga
  • Variations of Surya Namaskara (sun salutation) sequences
  • Asana (posture) fundamentals, breaking down key poses
  • How to breathe to focus the mind and move the body with awareness
  • The stabilising internal muscular locks (bandhas) which help us to balance strength with flexibility in the body and to create stability in the body
  • There will have many opportunities to ask questions and your experienced teacher will offer modifications to the practice to suit your individual needs, in an open and supportive environment.
  • On completion of the course you will feel comfortable to continue your yoga practice in a Vinyasa style class
What is the cost?
$100 plus you will be given a free class to use anytime
Courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. We are happy to credit or transfer courses on a case by case basis
