Mysore style is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga yoga. Rather than following the instructions of a teacher, practice the Ashtanga yoga sequence at your own pace, guided by your breath. Students are given individual guidance and adjustments where necessary. Mysore classes have students of all levels with beginners practicing next to advanced practitioners. We welcome all levels to our Mysore classes.

At Yoga Corner, we honour the lineage of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and teach the method as we have been taught by our teacher, Sharath Jois in Mysore India.

Some knowledge of the Ashtanga sequence (half primary) is required.
