Ashtanga Full Primary in Memory of Sharath Jois
Saturday 15 November: 7:30am -9:00am
Join us for a special morning of practice as we come together to honour the memory and legacy of our teacher,  Sharath Jois.
Sharath’s teachings have inspired and guided countless practitioners around the world, reminding us that the essence of Ashtanga lies not only in discipline and dedication, but also in devotion, humility, and community.
In his memory, we’ll move together to his recorded count, following the rhythm of his voice through the full primary sequence.
Please note:
We will be practicing together to Sharath's recording, following his count and guidance.
There will be no asana demonstration or description, only the breath guidance, Sanskrit count and posture name.
Some prior knowledge of the sequence is a prerequisite to join this class.

Let’s move, breathe, and remember together.
