This class is a welcoming space to begin or deepen your self-practice of the Ashtanga sequence.
Like our morning Mysore sessions, you’ll move through the sequence at your own pace, with a little less time required.
One of the biggest challenges of Mysore-style practice is remembering the sequence. This class offers the perfect opportunity to build that memory with the guidance of one of our Ashtanga teachers if you need a reminder. Otherwise, the practice is your own. As you grow more familiar with the sequence, you’ll also have the chance to explore and focus on your personal challenge poses.
Some Ashtanga experience is required to attend this class.
