Unwind with Rachel and Chloe for a 2 hour Yin + Sound experience.
Yin:
Honouring the Water Element
In this deeply grounding yin practice, we attune to the essence of the Water element—fluid, introspective, and yielding. As winter draws us inward, we’ll explore postures that support the kidneys and bladder meridians, inviting softness, stillness, and replenishment.
A deeply nourishing practice that will move beyond the superficial layers of fascia beneath the skin, into the deep yin fascial layers. Yielding to gravity, we embrace the downward flow of energy, allowing ourselves to settle, release, and reconnect with our inner landscape. This is a practice of trust, of turning inward, and yielding.
Sound:
Following your nourishing Yin Yoga practice, allow yourself to be completely held in a deeply restorative Sound Healing Journey, designed to harmonise with the energy of water and the introspective nature of winter.
As the season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest, this immersive soundscape will support you in surrendering to deep stillness, activating your parasympathetic nervous system and offering a space for emotional release, reflection, and replenishment.
Soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments will gently guide you into a meditative state, helping to balance the water element within and cultivate a sense of flow, fluidity, and inner peace.
Come rest, restore, and return to your own quiet wisdom.
