Workshop Overview:
Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Healing session combined with a Guided Meditation with intention setting, designed specifically for our yoga community. This workshop is a perfect complement to your regular yoga practice, providing a holistic approach to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
What to Expect:
Guided Meditation: The session will begin with a guided meditation where I invite you to set an intention. This will help you focus your mind and heart on what you wish to cultivate in your life. This practice will prepare you for the profound relaxation and healing to follow.
Sound Healing: Following the meditation, immerse yourself in a multi-instrument sound healing. Experience the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, creating a soundscape that will wash away stress and tension.
Benefits of Sound Healing & Meditation for anyone who practices yoga:
Enhanced Relaxation: Sound healing induces a state of deep relaxation, taking you from a Beta brainwave state to an Alpha-Alpha-Theta brainwave state, helping to release physical, emotional and spiritual tension accumulated during your daily life.
Improved Focus: Guided meditation enhances your ability to concentrate, which can deepen your yoga practice by fostering greater mindfulness and presence on the mat.
Stress Reduction: The soothing sounds and guided meditation work together to lower stress levels, promoting a sense of inner peace and calm.
Better Sleep: Regular participation in sound healing can improve sleep quality, allowing your body to recover and rejuvenate more effectively.
Emotional Balance: Both sound healing and meditation can help balance your emotions, providing clarity and stability in your daily life and yoga practice.
Physical Healing: The vibrations from sound healing can promote physical healing by improving circulation, reducing muscle tension, and supporting overall health.
Spiritual Growth: Intention setting during meditation helps you align with your higher self and life purpose, enriching your spiritual journey and connection to your yoga practice.
