A passive and gentle class which will combine a yin and restorative yoga practice, creating an intentional pause in your weekly rhythm. Yin yoga involves variations of seated and supine postures typically held for 3 – 5 minutes accessing deeper layers of fascia/connective tissue. Whilst restorative yoga will guide you through restorative postures, breath awareness and guided savasana, complemented with yoga nidra or guided meditation to facilitate deep relaxation, recharge energy reserves and maintain wellbeing.
